So if you are building your own business, then you know that negative thoughts and limiting beliefs are part and parcel of that, but they're also the silent business killers.

They creep up on you and you least expect it and can take over your life and your business success if you let them. But I want you to know there's hope you can overcome these negative thoughts and limiting beliefs with the power of positive thinking and self belief. So here are some powerful ways to overcome these negative thoughts and limiting beliefs. Firstly, you need to acknowledge these negative thoughts and feelings. The first step to overcome in negative thoughts and limiting beliefs is to acknowledge them. Try not to bottle them up or ignore them. Accept accepting them is a really important part of the process.

Now once you've acknowledged your negative thoughts and feelings, it's time to start identifying them. What specifically are you thinking or believing that is holding you back? Right now? You need to identify these. You know the particulars of these negative thoughts and beliefs. And then number three, I want you to start challenging your thoughts and beliefs.

Now you know that your negative thoughts and beliefs are, it's time to really challenge them. Are they really true? Are they based on fact or are they just your own opinion that inner critic that lives inside you, are they being particularly harsh? Is it something that you would say to a friend? Because often our own inner voice, our own inner critic is a hundred times worse than you know what the reality of it is.

So find out is it a fact or is it just your opinion? Not anybody else's opinion, but your opinion. So once you've challenged and debunked these negative thoughts and beliefs, it's time to replace them with positive ones. What you think or believe. that will empower or inspire you. So what can you think of or believe in that's gonna empower or inspire you?

Replace your negative thoughts and beliefs with positive ones. So one of the best ways to overcome negative thoughts and beliefs is to practice positive affirmations. This is simply repeating positive statements to yourself about who you are and what you're capable of. This. Practice of positive affirmations can really help change the words that you use, the stories that you tell yourself.

And another powerful way to overcome negative thoughts and beliefs is to visualize yourself achieving your goals. See yourself in your mind's eyes succeeding and reaching this goal. This will really help to increase your self belief and confidence. So you also need to start taking action towards your goals.

It's the very best way to overcome negative thoughts and beliefs. This is gonna help you see that you are capable and that you can achieve anything you set your mind to. And then another way is to surround yourself with positive people. Overcome these negative thoughts and limiting beliefs by surrounding yourself with the right positive people.

These are people that will lift you up and support you. They will see the best in yourself and believe in your dreams. They will believe in you when you can't believe in yourself, and it's really important to have these people around you. They say you are, what's the word you are you?

You become, the five people that you hang around with most, are those people positive, uplifting, pushing you towards your dreams? Are they in that set for you? Are they helping you achieve where you want to be? And I don't mean, are they physically doing the work for you? Are they, standing on the sidelines cheering you on every five minutes?

But are they inspire? Inspiring you. Are they motivating you? Are they giving you that belief in yourself to, help boost you up on days when are not feeling it? Really think about these people that you are surrounding yourself with. Cause that can really change the way that you know your thought pattern is developing.
